Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Policy
Deposits: To secure your appointment, a deposit of $5, $10, $15 depending on the service chose is the total service cost required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will only go towards your service total. FOR GROUPON IS A $5 deposit for the service as to save your spot.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least [24-48 hours] in advance. Cancellations made within this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. And a 25% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide advance notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited. And required a cancellation fee of 25%.
Rescheduling: If you cancel with proper notice, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
Emergencies: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us immediately. We will review these cases individually.
Service Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within [24-48 hours]. We will work to address any issues or offer a complimentary correction. Refunds are not provided for services rendered.
